In this episode we discuss all things to help you boost your mood because we know that this is what we all need right now. We cover some of the big categories like sleep, eating well, and the community you surround yourself with. We also cover little things you can do throughout the day to help give you that little mood booster. Of course we start the season with favorite things which include plants, books, and fall candles.

My new idea to name all of my plants after characters from The Mary Tyler Moore Show. I accidentally named my philodendron Rhoda because I thought she was a Rhododendron, and now that I have a Rhoda, I feel like she needs a best friend named Mary. I got Rhoda from The Sill.
